How to build brand: Employ a couple of chefs that specialise in pastries, as well as premium delicious desserts, to open a cafe/restaurant. They will come up with their own unique recipes for the pastries/food. This will attract customers’ attention as the food being sold are delicious, exclusive and of higher class. They are also origsinal recipes that are not sold elsewhere which will make the shop unique and have loyal customers.
